The school focuses mainly on three programmes of study, namely IATA Foundation Course, Consultant Course and Managing Travel Business Course. All three programmes are administered by IATA Aviation Training and Development Institute (ATDI), Montreal, Canada. The Courses lead to Diploma examinations, which are held in March, June, September and December every year. In India the examinations are supervised by Air India, the national air carrier. Examination centres in Kerala are located at Thiruvananthapuram, Kochi and Kozhikode.

This course enables you to understand the more complex operations of the travel and tourism industry, and helps you to adopt a consultative approach to selling travel and tourism products. It equips you to handle all major aspects of the travel agency business. It gives you the ability to give accurate advice to customers on major tourist destinations, create customised itineraries, construct complex fares and routings, and apply advanced IATA fare construction principles. It also provides you with sound knowledge of the Billing and Settlement System (BSP).
IATA Travel and Tourism Consultant Course is the second of the three diploma levels. By succesfully completing this course, you will be qualified with the Travel and Tourism Consultant Diploma and entitles you to use DTTC after your name.
Usually, the consultant course is done after completing the foundation course. However, it can also be done directly. After successfully completing the Consultant Course you have the option to enroll in the Harvard Manage Mentor Programme to further acquire leadership and management skills.
